This has got to be one of the sickest things I have yet to see. Peruvian soldiers are required to go through a series of “tests” which the outcome is to make them ruthless killers. One test is a grenade throwing contest in which two soldiers throw a gernade back and fourth until one gives up and throws it to the middle where it explodes.
But the test with the doggies is just barbaric… the doggie is tied by each of his four paws spread eagled to a wooden frame. Then soldiers take turns rushing to and stabbing the doggie one by one until the doggie dies. It is not the intentions that the doggie be killed early on but to make it last as long as possible. When the doggie finally does succumb to bleeding to death the soldiers cut out the heart eat it and drink the doggies blood.
As an animal lover I cried when I read and saw about this. I have no idea what can be done but it is just such a horrible tragedy I couldn’t keep my mouth closed about it.
